Bundaberg is a thriving metropolis located just 20 klms in from our beautiful Coral Coast, the beginning of Queensland's well-known Great Barrier Reef. Our town is most famous for its local spirit - Bundaberg Rum, which is made at the Bundaberg Rum Distillery and exported all over the world.

There are many things to do and see during your stay in Bundaberg, from a quiet stroll along our beautiful beaches, to a visit to the Mon Repos Turtle Rookery (between November and February), to a taste of some local cuisine at our award winning restaurants. How about a game of golf on one of our 5 beautiful courses? Bundaberg is also home to some of Australia's best dive spots, with dive courses available through several local companies.

The Villa Mirasol is located walking distance from Bundaberg's busy and friendly CBD, very close to a variety of fine restaurants, including French, Italian, Thai and traditional Australian cuisine.

We are able to arrange tours to nearby Lady Musgrave and Lady Elliot Islands, and to whale watching cruises between June & August.
